How do I redeem a ticket?
When you have a chosen which site you would like to join, just email our Customer Service with the name of your chosen website, as well as your chosen username and password. We will then set this up, and email confirmation to you within 24 hours.

How long are my tickets valid for?
Your tickets are valid for as long as you like - there is no expiry date! Your ticket will always entitle to 1 month of access at any Grooby website. Even if our regular monthly prices increase, your ticket will still be valid!

* Can I spend all my tickets at the same website?
We ask that you spend your tickets across at least three Grooby websites. With twelve huge websites to choose from we're sure you'll be wanting to check out more than a few sites anyway! If you want to find a great discount price for only one website please visit our Discount Memberships page.
